Experience

Andrew commenced at the family’s 120 year old business, Oliver Footwear, in 1974 and holds the position of Executive Chairman. Describing himself as a ‘Simple Cobbler’, Andrew oversees a business that is the largest producer of Safety Boots in Australasia. Andrew has been a council member of Ballarat and Clarendon College for over 15 years, many of which he served as Treasurer. He has served on many community groups, business and industrial Associations including the Australian Industry Group and is a current Board Member of the Australian Footwear Manufacturers Association.

Amongst other interests, Andrew is also involved in the Australian wine growing industry.
