Our boundary was traditionally that of the City of Ballarat . Since January 2008 our boundary has extended to include the Ararat Rural Shire, the Pyrenees Shire, the Hepburn Shire, the Moorabool Shire, the western half of the Golden Plains Shire as well as the City of Ballarat.

This now means that funds can be established in any of these areas delivering the same benefits as offered the City of Ballarat. It is the Foundation’s long term aim to operate funds in any of the rural communities where a need and want is identified, where income from invested funds made under that community is put back into that community for specific approved community projects.
