The Ballarat Foundation recently launched Run for a Cause 2023, announcing a brand-new course and event village location. Sponsors and media gathered at the launch hosted by Integra, to celebrate registrations opening and to the hear about the exciting changes to this community event.

The annual fun run event is returning on Sunday 19th November, with the event village location at Lucas Town Centre. This year, participants can choose between a 12km event, a 6km event and the Y Kids’ Dash. Runners and walkers will be treated to running down Sturt St and through the Arch of Victory, plus through the beautiful green spaces of Lucas. Whether you're a seasoned runner or someone looking to enjoy a leisurely walk, there's a category for everyone. Make sure you get on board and register now!

The event will once again raise money for the Ballarat Christmas Appeal. The appeal raises funds to support people experiencing hardship in the Ballarat community around Christmas time.
