With over 30 years of experience in the culinary world, I have dedicated my life to the craft of food, creating, leading, and building hospitality venues that bring people together. As the owner of Turret Café and Turret Bakehouse, my mission has always been simple: serve exceptional food, celebrate quality ingredients, and create places where community thrives.

I’m a chef at heart, driven by creativity, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Outside the kitchen, I’m a proud husband and father of four, and my family remains my greatest inspiration.

When I’m not in the kitchen or running the businesses, you’ll find me training hard at the gym, currently preparing for HYROX, pushing myself physically in the same way I’ve always pushed myself professionally. I’m passionate about great food, exceptional whisky, travel, and experiencing life to the fullest, constantly seeking new cultures, flavours, and ideas that fuel my creativity.

But above all, I am deeply passionate about Ballarat and the strength of our local community. Supporting local people and businesses is something I believe in wholeheartedly. That’s why initiatives like Dancing With Our Stars are so powerful, they bring people together, celebrate community spirit, and raise vital funds for important causes.
