Ballarat Women's Fund Grant 2025
The Ballarat Women’s Fund is an annual grants program funded by contributions from community members.
Grant applications for the Ballarat Women’s Fund are now closed for 2025.
This year, we have increased the funds awarded to $35,000 to achieve the strongest impact. One project will receive $30,000 and the remaining two shortlisted programs will receive $2,500 each.

Community Impact Grants Program
Applications for the 2025 Community Impact Grants program have now closed.
The Community Impact Grants Program is an annual grants program, incorporating The Courier Charity Fund, Wendouree-Delacombe Fund, the James Petrie Fund, Adroit Risk and Insurance Fund, Janine Owen Fund, Advanced Cabinetry Fund, Integra Group Fund, Feed Ballarat Fund, Young Ambition Fund and the Canny Family Fund. Grants are available in two tiers:
Tier 1: Up to $15,000 (maximum of five grants available annually).
Tier 2: Up to $3000. There are less application requirements for projects requiring less than $3,000 for Tier 2 Applications.
The Community Impact Grants program will seek applications in the areas of Food Security, Young People (0-18 years of age), Mental Wellbeing and projects that seek to improve the social outcomes in the suburbs of Wendouree and Delacombe.

Peter Amor Sports Participation Fund
The Peter Amor Sports Participation Fund Grant program distributes grants of up to $5,000 to sporting clubs, groups and organisations providing access and participation to sports for disadvantaged individuals and groups.
PASPF Program - Guidelines
Ballarat Innovation Grant
The Ballarat Innovation Grant (BIG) is an open grant and will commence in 2025.
One $50,000 grant will be awarded each calendar year. The BIG program is seeking expressions of interest in the following categories: food security; mental health; young people (0-18) and Housing Security.
Applicants should contact info@ballaratfoundation.org.au to express interest in applying for the Ballarat Innovation Grant.

Wimmera Primary Care Partnership Health and Wellbeing Fund
The Wimmera PCP Health and Wellbeing Fund grants open to community organisations in the Wimmera or Southern Mallee supporting health and wellbeing initiatives. Grants of up to $5000 are available.
