The Ballarat Foundation exists to inspire positive community change, supporting programs and enabling philanthropic solutions which reduce disadvantage and encourage connection, cohesion and prosperity.

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified individuals to join the voluntary Board of Directors of the Ballarat Foundation United Way Inc. and the Ballarat Foundation Charitable Fund Limited (the Ballarat Foundation).
In preparation for the end of term of the current Chair and Deputy Chair in May 2025, the foundation is seeking candidates with previous experience in leadership roles at not-for-profit, philanthropic and corporation boards and/or operations.
As a Director, you will be motivated, well organised and community-orientated. You will drive the company's strategic direction, goals and objectives to influence the future direction of the organisation.
